However, it's important to note that there’s no such thing as a true "Day Of" service—there’s simply too much to coordinate to make it work in such a short timeframe. To ensure we can deliver the best results, we begin working with you 6 weeks prior to your event date. This gives us ample time to review all your details, confirm logistics, and step in to manage the final stages of the planning process. The Day Of package is designed to give you peace of mind as your wedding day approaches. The Essential
If you’ve already handled some aspects of your wedding but need extra help with key details, our Essential Partial Planning package is designed to provide you with the support and expertise you need to bring everything together. This package is perfect for couples who have already made some decisions, booked key vendors, and have a general idea of what they want, but still want professional guidance to ensure all the critical elements come together seamlessly. With the Essential package, we step in 6 months out from your wedding day, after most of your vendors are booked, and assist with the planning details that will ensure your big day runs smoothly. We handle the aspects of planning that may feel overwhelming or require professional expertise, while you retain the freedom to enjoy the parts of wedding planning that excite you most. This package includes but is not limited to vendor coordination and finalization, timeline creation and management, event design assistance, logistics management, rehearsal and event coordination, and ongoing support and guidance. We’ll step in to tie everything together, ensuring that all your hard work and preparation culminates in a stress-free, memorable wedding day.
